I would like to say how helpful I found your staff to be today. I spoke to Karen and explained the problem I was having with my nailer stapler gun. She asked if I was using it at the moment and was most concerned I would not get a replacement in time. it is not often today you come across this sort of service, and I want to thank you so much.
